Purposeful Living

Goal:  By asking ourselves, “What purpose are we actively living to benefit others and ourselves?” - guests focus on the very different and authentic parts we play within our communities.  Participants are encouraged to explore or refine their life mission.  Constructive sessions are spent on mapping out specific areas to strengthen in our lives to better ourselves and others.

Action: Guests will write or refine their personal mission statement, outlining their own unique part to play in their community.

Overcoming Barriers

Goal: These sessions are geared towards professionals. Discussions focus on areas within each guest’s professional life that impede progress or need improvement. Training focuses on how to transform obstacles into stepping stones, including using Active Questioning Techniques. Participants are given support to define how to take the next step professionally.

Action: A realistic, practical plan in managing obstacles as stepping stones will be drawn up by guests. Contacts and other practical support will be provided by the trainer.

Little Lies

Goal: People sometimes find safety and comfort in the lies they tell themselves. These training sessions are designed to bravely examine our deeper self - who we are when no one is looking. Through directed self-examination, participants are encouraged to take courage to move forward within the strengths and limits of their true self.

Action: Guests learn not to fear their limitations, while taking steps to replace lies with meaningful actions.

Power to Change

Goal: Guests will learn some of the ways we create unhealthy habits or addictions.  These patterns can manifest through eating, gaming, sex, or other traits. Using Questioning Techniques, participants will work through one or two habits they wish to better manage or eliminate.

Action: Guests will create 3 practical goals aimed at tackling a personal struggle they face.

Personal Fitness Trainer

Two to five 1-hour sessions.

Goal: Meeting with a professional physical fitness trainer, guests will create a plan to work within their pace and space to maintain a healthy physical regime.

Action: Guests will commit to two practical ways of staying mentally and physically healthy.
